Please remember that uninstalling the app doesn’t cancel a subscription automatically.

If you are using your Android device (smartphone or tablet):

1. Click here to access your Google Play subscriptions.
2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Tap "Cancel subscription".

Alternatively, you can open Google Play Store and follow these steps:

1. Click on the button
2. Go to “Subscriptions”
3. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
4. Tap "Cancel subscription".

If you can’t find the subscription listed there it’s likely that you are logged in with a different Google account. Searching in your email inboxes, you will find a subscription confirmation email from Google Play; your membership was registered with that Google Play account.

To cancel your Google Play subscription from your computer:

1. Click here to access your Google Play subscriptions.
2. Find the subscription you want to cancel, it will be listed as "Nane Kids".
3. Tap on the subscription and click on "Cancel".

Afterward, the subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle.
